Weltbank: Die Private Sector Development Strategy. Inhalte, Analyse, Einschätzungen

Abstract

Das vorliegende Dokument stellt eine Beschreibung, Analyse und Einschätzung der Private Sector Development Strategy (PSD-Strategie) der Weltbank vom Jahr 2002 dar, unter Einbeziehung des Fortschrittsberichtes vom Jahr 2003 und zahlreicher anderer Dokumente. Dabei wird auch auf den Hintergrund für die Entstehung der Strategie sowie auf zentrale Begriffe, wie z.B. Konditionalitäten oder Kreditinstrumente eingegangen. Im ersten Teil werden die wesentlichen Inhalte der Strategie und des Fortschrittsberichts, die sich v.a. auf Privatisierung im Bereich der öffentlichen Dienstleistungen beziehen, zusammengefasst. Der zweite Teil besteht aus einer Analyse und Einschätzung der Strategie.
