Interpretation des PDCA-Zyklus nach DIN EN ISO 9001:2015 als Meta-Vorgehensmodell

Abstract

Die Qualitätsmanagement-Norm DIN EN ISO 9001:2015-11 behauptet, Prozesse und Qualitätsmanagement-Systeme könnten durch den PDCA-Zyklus gesteuert werden. Der vorliegende Beitrag zeigt, dass diese Aussage so pauschal nicht richtig ist. Tatsächlich beschränkt sich der Zusammenhang zwischen dem PDCA-Zyklus und dem Prozessmanagement auf die Act-Phase, während in den übrigen Phasen das Projektmanagement gefordert ist. Die Bedeutung des Projektmanagements wird von der Norm jedoch systematisch unterschätzt, die des Prozessmanagements überbewertet. Für die praktische Umsetzung der Normforderungen und insbesondere für eine Einbindung in die Betriebsorganisation ist es daher notwendig, die Annahmen und die daraus abgeleiteten Aussagen der Norm zu differenzieren.
