Planspiel zur Existenzgründung und Unternehmensnachfolge als Lehr- und Forschungsmethode

Abstract

Fragestellungen der Existenzgründung und Unternehmensnachfolge erfordern gleichermaßen die Berücksichtigung rechtlicher und ökonomischer Aspekte. Das Planspiel ermöglicht als interdisziplinäre Lehr- und Forschungsmethode die Erfassung der komplexen Wirkungszusammenhänge und damit eine problemorientierte Gesamtbetrachtung. Als aktive Lehrmethode eingesetzt, lassen sich den Teilnehmern rechtliche und betriebswirtschaftliche Kompetenzen effizient vermitteln. Darüber hinaus ist das Planspiel als Forschungsmethode geeignet, Annahmen und Zusammenhänge im Bereich der Existenzgründung und Unternehmensnachfolge zu überprüfen und Theorien zu bilden.
