Konzept für "Forschungswerkstätten im Ackerbau"

Abstract

Ackerbausysteme in Deutschland stehen vor großen Herausforderungen (z. B. Reduktionsziele für den Pflanzenschutzmitteleinsatz, Nährstoffüberschüsse oder Reduktion des Biodiversitätsverlusts) und müssen daher umfangreich weiterentwickelt werden, um künftig effizient und nachhaltig Nahrungsmittel produzieren zu können. Zahlreiche Bausteine, die zur Lösung der Probleme beitragen können, sind wissenschaftlich erprobt und werden bereits diskutiert (z. B. weitere Fruchtfolgen, mechanische Unkrautbekämpfung, Einsatz digitaler Technologien/teilflächenspezifische Bewirtschaftung). Jedoch werden sie bisher nur unzureichend in praxistauglichen und wirtschaftlich tragfähigen Gesamtkonzepten zusammengeführt und erprobt. Es gibt bereits zahlreiche Ansätze, um Forschungsergebnisse in die Praxis zu transferieren. Allerdings legen viele dieser Ansätze den Schwerpunkt auf die Demonstration von neuen Verfahren. Das wird jedoch voraussichtlich nicht ausreichen, um die notwendigen Anpassungen zu erreichen. In diesem Working Paper wird daher auf Basis der bisherigen Erfahrungen in Praxis-Forschungsnetzwerken sowie auf Basis von Expertengesprächen ein Gesamtkonzept für die Weiterentwicklung von Ackerbausystemen in Praxis-Forschungsnetzwerken erarbeitet...
