Abstract

Die Fraktion der SPD (Landtag Nordrhein-Westfalen, 2019) kritisiert in Ihrem Antrag die Landesregierung für die stärkere Wohneigentumsförderung im Rahmen der sozialen Wohnraumförderung. Tatsächlich ist mit dem Regierungswechsel die Akzentuierung der sozialen Wohnraumförderung verändert worden, insbesondere durch die Gewährung von Nachrangdarlehen für Haushalte mit niedrigeren und mittleren Einkommen. Diese Nachrangdarlehen können Haushalte als Eigenkapitalersatz einsetzen, wodurch der Zugang zum Wohneigentum erleichtert wird.
