Abstract

Zyperns Parlament hat die Blaupause für die Rettung des Landes abgelehnt und sucht nun nach einem Plan B. Manche vermuten, hier würde hoch gepokert. Und in der Tat sollte die Eurogruppe sich nicht erweichen lassen. Denn der Eigenanteil von 5,8 Milliarden Euro am Hilfspaket, den die Eurogruppe einfordert, ist gerechtfertigt. Bloß: Wie kann der Plan B konkret aussehen, damit Zypern die 5,8 Milliarden Euro Eigenanteil wirklich bereitstellen kann?
