Helfer:innen als Potenzial zur Fachkräftesicherung

Abstract

In der aktuellen KOFA-Studie hat das KOFA die Qualifizierung von Helferinnen und Helfern als Potenzial zur Fachkräftesicherung analysiert. Die Ergebnisse zeigen, dass durch eine Qualifizierung arbeitsloser An- und Ungelernter, die nach Tätigkeiten suchen, für die es mehr Arbeitslose als offene Stellen gibt, die Fachkräftelücke für Fachkräfte mit einer abgeschlossenen Berufsausbildung um bis zu 23 Prozent von etwa 355.000 auf 272.000 reduziert werden könnte. Hierzu müssten 83.000 Helferinnen und Helfer eine entsprechende Qualifizierungsmaßnahme durchlaufen.
