Die Fachkräftesituation im ländlichen Raum

Abstract

Bundesweit stehen viele Unternehmen vor großen Herausforderungen bei der passenden Besetzung offener Stellen. In der regionalen Betrachtung zeigt sich, dass die Fachkräftesituation in ländlichen Regionen angespannter ist als in städtischen Regionen. Zuletzt konnten in dünn besiedelten ländlichen Regionen mehr als sechs von zehn offenen Stellen rechnerisch nicht passend besetzt werden. In städtischen Regionen ist die Situation etwas weniger angespannt. Hier können durchschnittlich vier von zehn offenen Stellen nicht passend besetzt werden.
