Fachkräftemangel im Handwerk in NRW: Risiken und Optionen für die Fachkräftesicherung

Abstract

Die KOFA-Studie 2/2022 zeigt: der Fachkräftemangel im Handwerk nimmt weiter zu. Fehlten im Jahr 2020 etwa 65.000 Handwerkerinnen und Handwerker bundesweit (KOFA-Studie 1/2021), waren es im Jahr 2021 bundesweit durchschnittlich 87.485 und davon allein gut 12.000 in NRW. Somit war der Handwerkermangel im Jahr 2021 größer als im Corona-Jahr 2020 und auch deutlich höher als noch vor zehn Jahren.
