Unternehmen müssen mehr Zeit für Personalsuche einplanen

Abstract

Die sich verschärfenden Fachkräfteengpässe erschweren zunehmend die Personalsuche. Die Besetzung offener Stellen dauert heute mit durchschnittlich 82 Tagen deutlich länger als früher. Die meisten Stellen werden sehr kurzfristig ausgeschrieben und können nicht zum Wunschtermin besetzt werden. Eine vorausschauende Personalplanung hilft, unbesetzte Stellen und lange Vakanzzeiten zu vermeiden.
