Abstract

Daten sind die zentrale Ressource der digitalen Transformation. Sie unterliegen allen digitalen Prozessen, Transaktionen und Interaktionen. Die Nutzung dieser Daten ist ein Schlüssel zu Innovation und nachhaltigem Wachstum (BMWK, 2022). Derzeit erfüllen jedoch viele Unternehmen in Deutschland nicht die Voraussetzungen, um Daten effizient bewirtschaften zu können. Das zeigt eine Umfrage unter 1.051 Unternehmen aus den Bereichen Industrie und Industrienahe Dienstleister.
