Abstract

Immer mehr Unternehmen widmen sich intensiv der Digitalisierung der Ausbildung. Um Auszubildende fit für die digital geprägte Arbeitswelt zu machen, bedarf es entsprechend qualifizierter Ausbilder. Rund jedes zweite ausbildende Unternehmen sieht hier Bedarf, Ausbilder bei digitalen Fachkompetenzen und Lernmethoden weiterzubilden. Hier setzt ein neues Netzwerk-Projekt, gefördert durch das Bundesbildungsministerium, an.
