Digitalisierung des Staates in Deutschland: Need for speed

Abstract

Bei nahezu allen international vergleichenden Indikatoren zum Stand der Digitalisierung schneidet Deutschland nicht gut ab. Besonders weit hinten liegt das Land bei der staatlichen Verwaltung, obwohl dies zunehmend eine kritische Infrastruktur bei der Bewältigung der wirtschaftlichen Transformation ist. Der Handlungsbedarf ist groß.
