Abstract

Um den stockenden Windkraftausbau wieder anzuschieben und die Akzeptanz in der Bevölkerung zu stärken, sieht die Bundesregierung fixe Mindestabstände vor. Allerdings zeigen Erhebungen kein Akzeptanzproblem für Windkraft in der breiten Bevölkerung. Die geplante Abstandsregelung scheint deshalb kaum geeignet, die eigentlichen Probleme bei den Genehmigungen zu adressieren.
