Entgeltfortzahlung bei Krankheit kostet gut 74 Milliarden Euro

Abstract

Für ihre erkrankten Mitarbeiter haben Arbeitgeber im Jahr 2020 insgesamt 74,3 Milliarden Euro an Bruttogehältern und darauf fällige Sozialversicherungsbeiträge gezahlt. Bis 2025 wird die Summe voraussichtlich auf über 84 Milliarden Euro steigen.
