Abstract

Immer wieder werden die Unternehmen für ihr geringes Flüchtlingsengagement kritisiert, so zuletzt die DAX-30 Konzerne für die zu geringe Arbeitsmarktintegration von Flüchtlingen. Eine Befragung unter Unternehmen ab 250 Mitarbeitern zeigt aber ein anderes Bild: Drei Viertel dieser Unternehmen engagieren sich laut Selbstauskunft für Flüchtlinge.
