Abstract

Was bedeuten die neuen kurzfristigen Euro-Hilfskredite, die die Kanzlerin in Aussicht gestellt hat, für deutsche Arbeitnehmer und Steuerzahler? Ein neues Hilfsinstrument kann Krisen frühzeitig eindämmen und so auch deutsche Jobs sichern helfen. Dabei sind Risiken für Steuerzahler eng zu begrenzen. Dazu sollte es beim Euro-Rettungsschirm (als ESM-light-Kreditprogramm) angesiedelt werden und nur für Staaten dienen, die selbst genug Krisenvorsorge betrieben haben.
