Immobilienwirtschaft: Boom ohne Ende?

Abstract

Die Stimmungslage der deutschen Immobilienwirtschaft hat einen neuen Höhepunkt erreicht, noch nie haben die Unternehmen ihre Lage so gut eingeschätzt. Vor allem in der Wohnungswirtschaft schätzt fast jedes Unternehmen seine Lage als gut ein und gegenüber dem Vorquartal haben sich sogar die Erwartungen für die nächsten zwölf Monate verbessert. Auch langfristig erwarten die Marktteilnehmer steigende Preise im Wohnungsmarkt, wie die Ergebnisse der Sonderfrage zeigen.
