Haushalt NRW: Neue Schulden in Sicht

Abstract

Nordrhein-Westfalen (NRW) erzielte 2016 dank mehrerer Sondereffekte nach mehr als 40 Jahren wieder einen Haushaltsüberschuss. Schon im laufenden Jahr plant die Landesregierung allerdings wieder mit einem Defizit. Dabei wachsen die Landeseinnahmen stärker als die Wirtschaft. Im Wahlkampf machen die Parteien dennoch vor allem neue Ausgabenversprechen.
