Abstract

In Deutschland waren im Jahr 2022 über 22.000 Berufsrichter und über 6.500 Staatsanwälte im Staatsdienst tätig. Damit liegt die Anzahl an Richtern und Staatsanwälten international absolut sowie auf die Bevölkerungszahl bezogen mit an der Spitze. Trotzdem wird über Überlastung des Justizsystems und Richtermangel geklagt. Der Grund dafür ist ein teures und bürokratischesJustizsystem, das den heutigen Anforderungen nicht mehr entsprechen kann.
