Abstract

Das Haushaltsvolumen des Jahres 2024 ist gegenüber dem Jahr 2019, dem letzten Vorkrisenjahr, um ein Drittel oder 120 Milliarden Euro gestiegen. Zinsen und Soziales sind dafür maßgeblich verantwortlich. Die Steuereinnahmen können im Vergleich dazu nicht mithalten. Dies erklärt auch die schwierigen Verhandlungen über den Haushalt 2025.
