Die Kosten des Fachkräftemangels

Abstract

Am deutschen Arbeitsmarkt fehlen derzeit etwa 573.000 qualifizierte Arbeitskräfte. Wenn Unternehmen diesen Fachkräftebedarf decken könnten, würde das deutsche Produktionspotenzial in 2024 um 1,1 Prozent oder 49 Milliarden Euro höher liegen. Bis zum Jahr 2027 könnten es 74 Milliarden Euro sein.
