Helikopter gegen die Krise?

Abstract

Die Staaten müssen die Krise dort bekämpfen, wo sie Ihren Ursprung hat - im Realsektor der Wirtschaft. Von der Zentralbank gedrucktes Helikoptergeld mag in manchen Ländern ein sinnvolles Instrument darstellen, die beschlossenen Krisenmaßnahmen sowie die sozialstaatlichen Instrumente machen einen solchen Schritt in Deutschland aber obsolet. Hier bedarf es gezielter Hilfen für die vulnerabelsten Wirtschaftsakteure, die Kleinstunternehmer. Diese dürfen in Zukunft nicht durch Rückzahlungsverpflichtungen aus angehäuften Corona-Krediten in ihrer wirtschaftlichen Handlungsfähigkeit eingeschränkt werden.
