Befristete Beschäftigungsverhältnisse in digitalisierten und wachsenden Unternehmen

Abstract

Die Bundesregierung plant, den Einsatz befristeter Beschäftigungsverhältnisse einzuschränken. Die Auswirkungen auf die Personalpolitik der betroffenen Unternehmen können einschneidend sein. Dabei weisen Unternehmen mit einer positiven Beschäftigungsentwicklung einen größeren Anteil befristeter Beschäftigungsverhältnisse auf als vergleichbare Unternehmen, die Arbeitsplätze abgebaut haben. Auch die Sorge, dass der digitale Wandel die Ausbreitung befristeter Beschäftigung befördert, erscheint unbegründet. Unternehmen 4.0 weisen einen geringeren Befristungsanteil auf als Unternehmen 3.0.
