Abstract

Mit der Reform des Urheberrechts möchte die Europäische Union auf die technischen Entwicklungen und die zunehmende Dominanz digitaler Plattformen reagieren sowie einen digitalen Binnenmarkt vorantreiben. Die gewählten Mittel haben jedoch gravierende Nebenwirkungen wie Informationsunterdrückung, Wettbewerbsverzerrungen und Umsatzverluste bei Rechteinhabern.
