Abstract

Mädchen im Teenageralter verbringen heute weniger Zeit mit Hausarbeit als noch vor zehn Jahren. Lag der Anteil der 15- bis 17-Jährigen, die im Schnitt über 45 Minuten am Tag mithelfen, zu Beginn des neuen Jahrtausends bei 68,2 Prozent, so sind es heute nur noch 45,7 Prozent. Damit haben die geschlechterspezifischen Rollenunterschiede der Kinder in der Familie deutlich abgenommen.
