Abstract

Wirtschaftskrisen können auch Auswirkungen auf Übernahmen und Beteiligungen in Deutschland haben. Zu Beginn der Corona-Pandemie und dem damit verbundenen Wirtschaftseinbruch wurde daher befürchtet, dass ein "Ausverkauf" resultiert und entsprechend Wissen und Technologie beispielsweise an chinesische Investoren fällt. Dieses Szenario ist bisher nicht eingetreten.
