Abstract

Die Politik setzt zahlreiche Maßnahmen für eine höhere Erwerbsbeteiligung von Frauen und Gleichberechtigung um. Dennoch zeigt sich in Sachen Hausarbeit ein deutliches Ungleichgewicht. Der Wandel von gesellschaftlichen Normen scheint hier schneller voranzuschreiten als der Wandel von tatsächlichem Verhalten. Sogar bei denen, die ein modernes Rollenverständnis haben, putzt und wäscht meistens die Frau.
