In Berlin steigen die Büromieten am schnellsten

Abstract

10 Jahre lang war die Mietentwicklung von Gewerbeimmobilien nahezu eindeutig - die Mieten stiegen. Wie die Daten des GIMX (Gewerbeimmobilienindex von ImmoScout24 Gewerbeflächen und IW) zeigen, könnte 2019 eine Trendwende einleiten. Zwar gab es auch 2019 noch einige Städte mit deutlichen Mietanstiegen, aber es gibt eben auch Standorte mit weniger dynamischen Entwicklungen und sogar Rückgängen. Angesichts der konjunkturellen Unsicherheiten könnten sich die Gewerbeimmobilienmieten künftig wieder volatiler entwickeln.
