Abstract

Die diesjährige Publikation zum Deutschen Betriebsräte-Preis erscheint zum Thema Öffentlichkeitsarbeit im Betriebsrat. Es werden acht Beispiele Guter Praxis gezeigt, die in den letzten Jahren beim Betriebsräte-Preis zu diesem Thema eingereicht wurden. Dabei wird die Öffentlichkeitsarbeit nicht nur während der Coronapandemie, sondern auch davor betrachtet. Das Ziel dieser Publikation ist es, Handlungs- und Orientierungswissen für die Betriebsratsarbeit zu vermitteln. Die Projekte geben Einblicke, welche Lösungen Betriebsräte erarbeitet haben, damit die Mitbestimmung präsent ist, die Beschäftigten gut informiert sind und die Betriebsratsinteressen eine breite Öffentlichkeit erfahren.
