Abstract

Die diesjährige Publikation zum Deutschen Betriebsrätepreis fokussiert das Thema Qualifizierung. Es werden acht Beispiele guter Praxis erläutert, die in den vergangenen fünf Jahren beim Betriebsrätepreis zu diesem Themenkomplex eingereicht wurden. Das Ziel dieser Publikation ist es, Handlungs- und Orientierungswissen für die Betriebsratsarbeit zu vermitteln. Die Projekte stellen Lösungen und Gestaltungsweisen rund um das Thema Qualifizierung dar: von der Verbesserung der Ausbildungsbedingungen über Qualifizierung als ersten Schritt der Integration von geflüchteten Menschen bis hin zur Gestaltung von Automatisierungs- und Digitalisierungsprozessen.
