Ökonomische Fragestellungen mit vielen Einflussgrößen als Netzwerke

Abstract

Systemtheoretische Ansätze für die Untersuchung von Fragestellungen mit einer großen Anzahl von miteinander in Beziehung stehenden Einflussgrößen oder Variablen werden vorgestellt. Diese dergestalt verknüpften Größen werden auch als Netzwerke bezeichnet. Fokussiert wird auf die Eingangsdaten, die notwendigerweise zur Verfügung stehen müssen, um eine grundlegende Untersuchung solcher Netzwerke zu ermöglichen. Neben der strukturellen, d. h. Verknüpfungsinformation werden noch Eingangsdaten über verstärkende oder abschwächende Regelkreise sowie Zeitverzögerungen berücksichtigt. Vorgestellt wird die Notwendigkeit der Bestimmung von geschlossenen Regelkreisen in Netzwerken, was bei komplexen Netzwerken leider nicht immer vollständig möglich ist. Die Analyse dieser Regelkreisinformationen erlauben i. d. R. erste Aussagen über die Informationsweiterleitung in Netzwerken. Die Vorgehensweise bei der Analyse von komplexen Systemen wird demonstriert am Beispiel nationaler Ökonomien, im Gebiet der Marktforschung sowie an einem Regionalplanungsmodell.
