Strukturwandel und regionale Wachstumsverlagerungen in Italien

Abstract

Ziel der folgenden Untersuchung soll es sein, Unterschiede in der Wachstumsdynamik der verschiedenen Gebiete Italiens zu analysieren, die man aufgrund der deutlichen regionalen Unterschiede hinsichtlich des Entwicklungsniveaus und der Faktorausstattung erwarten kann. Dabei werden in einem ersten Schritt zunächst die Hauptlinien der wirtschaftlichen Entwicklung und des Strukturwandels im Gesamtraum aufgezeigt. Daran anschließend wird untersucht, inwieweit die Entwicklung der regionalen Produktionsstrukturen mit Hilfe von Ansätzen erklärt werden kann, die sich als gehaltvoll .zur Erklärung von Spezialisierungsmustern in der internationalen Arbeitsteilung erwiesen haben. In einem ersten Schritt werden dabei kurz außenhandels- und entwicklungstheoretische Erklärungsansätze auf regionale Fragestellungen zugeschnitten. Es folgt dann für homogene Gruppen von Regionen, die nach Entwicklungsstand und -dynamik gebildet wurden, eine Analyse des Zusammenwirkens von sektoralem und regionalem Strukturwandel. In einem weiteren Kapitel wird dem Einfluß der Wirtschaftspolitik auf die regionale wirtschaftliche Entwicklung in Italien nachgegangen und abschließend werden die wesentlichen Untersuchungsergebnisse zusammenfassend dargestellt.
