Zur Entwicklung der Ausgaben im Zuge der Flüchtlingsmigration

Abstract

Die Flüchtlingsmigration nach Deutschland erreichte in den letzten Monaten des Jahres 2015 ihren bisherigen Höhepunkt. Im vergangenen Jahr sind entsprechend der Zahlen des EASY-Systems reichlich eine Million Asylsuchende nach Deutschland gelangt, rund 80 Prozent davon in der zweiten Jahreshälfte. Die aktuellen Zahlen zum Staatskonto in den VGR umfassen inzwischen das erste Halbjahr 2016. Sie erlauben es, eine erste Schätzung der fiskalischen Effekte der zuvor dargestellten Flüchtlingsdynamik im Vergleich zum ersten Halbjahr 2015 vorzunehmen.
