Evaluierung des Bayerischen Mittelstandskreditprogramms: Gutachten im Auftrag des Bayerischen Staatsministeriums für Wirtschaft, Infrastruktur, Verkehr und Technologie

Abstract

Die Unterstützung von Existenzgründungen sowie von bestehenden kleinen und mittleren Unternehmen bei der Verwirklichung von Investitionsvorhaben ist ein integraler Bestandteil der Mittelstandspolitik des Freistaates Bayern. Als zentralem Element der finanziellen Förderung kommt dem Mittelstandskreditprogramm (MKP) eine herausragende Bedeutung zu. Das IfM Bonn evaluierte im Auftrag des Bayerischen Staatsministeriums für Wirtschaft, Infrastruktur, Verkehr und Technologie das Bayerische MKP. Bei Veröffentlichung der Ergebnisse, ein Jahr nach Abschluss der Arbeiten, waren bereits zahlreiche Änderungsvorschläge der Gutachter in die Praxis umgesetzt worden. So wurde die Vorhabensgrenze im MKP aufgehoben, das Programm wurde für bisher von der Inanspruchnahme ausgeschlossene Berufsgruppen geöffnet und die Laufzeiten der Darlehen wurden flexibilisiert.
