Dienstleistungsarbeit und Interessensvertretung im Wandel: Eine Untersuchung von Handlungsstrategien, Arbeitsbedingungen und Tarifpolitik bei Gebäudereinigern, Sozialarbeitern und Sozialpädagogen

Abstract

Die Erosion der Tarifpolitik wird oft festgestellt. Auf spezifische Bedingungen und Akteurstrategien in einzelnen Branchen wird dabei jedoch selten verwiesen und gerade im Dienstleistungsbereich gibt es eine extreme Diskrepanz. Die vorliegende Untersuchung widmet sich daher sehr unterschiedlichen, gleichwohl typischen Dienstleistungsberufen wie den Gebäudereinigern, Sozialarbeitern und Sozialpädagogen. Zentrales Interesse ist es, herauszufinden wie die Interessensvertretungen mit den Erosionserscheinungen umgehen. Dabei zeigt sich eine relative Ohnmacht der Tarifpartner, Erosionserscheinungen zu limitieren. Andererseits deuten sich überraschende Veränderungsmöglichkeiten der klassischen Tarifpolitik an.
