Die Arbeits- und Betriebszeiten in der europäischen Automobilindustrie

Abstract

In dem vorliegenden Bericht werden die Ergebnisse einer Erhebung zur betrieblichen Arbeitszeitorganisation in der europäischen Automobilindustrie vorgestellt. Auf der Basis von Angaben aus 39 Automobilfabriken in elf Ländern werden die Dauer der Arbeits- und Betriebszeiten sowie die Organisation der Schichtsysteme im Stichjahr 1998 verglichen sowie Veränderungen gegenüber dem Beginn der 90er Jahre analysiert.
