Wie unterstützen Unternehmen die Vereinbarkeit von Beruf und Pflege? Eine explorative Typologie

Abstract

Der Anteil pflegender Angehöriger, die berufstätig sind, steigt. Pflegende Erwerbstätige stehen im Schatten transformationsorientierter Arbeits(markt)- und betrieblicher Personalpolitik. Mangelnde Pflegevereinbarkeit befördert Diskontinuitäten für Beschäftigte, Betriebe und Standorte. Individuelle Belastungen, reduzierte Arbeitszeiten, Umverteilung von Arbeit auf knappe Personalressourcen sowie Verzicht auf Fort- und Weiterbildung und Laufbahnperspektiven nehmen zu. Unternehmen unterscheiden sich in ihren Maßnahmenportfolios zur Unterstützung der Pflegevereinbarkeit. Es kann zwischen "Informierten Allroundern", "Soliden Kümmerern" und "Unspezifischen Soforthelfern" unterschieden werden. Die auf einer Unternehmensbefragung basierende explorative Typologie liefert Hinweise für gezieltere Informations- und Maßnahmenstrategien, um Vereinbarkeitskompetenz auf individueller, betrieblicher und regionaler Ebene zu stärken.
