Digitale Produktion in NRW fördern: Neue Geschäftsmodelle an der Schnittstelle Kreativwirtschaft und Handwerk. Erkenntnisse aus dem Projekt DigiMat

Abstract

Unternehmen der Kreativwirtschaft sind in der Lage, neuartige Denkweisen/Perspektiven einzunehmen, bestehende Nutzerbedürfnisse besonders gut zu erkennen und in Produkte und Dienstleistungen umzuwandeln.Neue Technologien bieten die Möglichkeit personalisierte Produkte mit weniger Aufwand zu erstellen. Individualisierte Lösungen werden weiter durch Handwerker erstellt, können durch die Nutzung digitaler Technologien aber schneller und eventuell kostengünstiger produziert und damit preiswerter angeboten werden. Ein zentraler Vorteil der Digitalisierung ist in den Möglichkeiten zur schnellen Vernetzung zu sehen. Das eröffnet Potenziale für neue Geschäftsmodelle, die auf solchen Kooperationen und Netzwerken beruhen und Handwerker mit anderen Akteuren (z.B. Designern und Kunden) verbinden können. Innovativen Geschäftsmodellen, die es ermöglichen Synergien zwischen den Branchen unter Berücksichtigung der jeweiligen Stärken zu realisieren, kommt eine Schlüsselrolle für die Erschließung neuer Märkte zu.
