Daten-Bergbau in Bergbau-Daten: Methoden und Resultate der Bergbauflächen-Recherche im CultNature-Projekt

Abstract

Die Bergbauflächen-Recherche im CultNature-Projekt ermittelt Bergbaubetriebsflächen (BBF) und ihre aktuelle Nutzung gemäß Flächennutzungs-kartierung (FNK). Die Daten werden in einer relationalen Datenbank zusammengetragen und z.Zt. u.a. mit Hilfe der relationalen Anfragesprachen SQL und mit Konzepten des Data Mining ausgewertet. Mit Betriebszeitenobjekten (BZO) wird die Lebensdauer von Übertagebetriebsflächen (Schäch-ten, Kokereien, Halden etc.) erfasst, wodurch zeitliche Auswertungen z.B. zur Flächennutzung nach Dekaden der Stilllegung möglich werden. Jüngste Datenauswertungen zeigen, dass 38 Prozent der Betriebsflächen, die in den 1960er Jahren stillgelegt wurden, heute gewerblich-industriell genutzt werden - inklusive der Haldenflächen. Bei den in den 1970ern stillgelegten Flächen geht dieser Anteil auf 31 Prozent zurück; bei jenen der 1980er Jahre stürzt er auf 13 Prozent ab. Für die Stilllegungszeiträume von 1990 bis 2012 pendelt sich der Anteil der gewerblich-industriellen Nutzung bei ca. 20 Prozent ein.
