Schulsozialarbeit für eine berufliche Qualifizierung 4.0 - Zur Rolle eines Schnittstellenakteurs

Abstract

Ziel der Schulsozialarbeit ist es in Kooperation mit Lehrkräften und außerschulischen Partnern, junge Menschen in ihrer beruflichen Orientierung zu unterstützen, um sie für die Teilhabe in einer digitalisierten Arbeitswelt zu stärken. Um bedarfsgerechte Hilfen für junge Menschen leisten zu können, verbindet die Schulsozialarbeit arbeitsmarkt-, bildungs- und sozialpolitische Instrumente miteinander. Die Strukturen und Rahmenbedingungen für Schulsozialarbeit an Berufskollegs im Land NRW sind geprägt von divergenten Zuständigkeiten und Weisungsbefugnissen auf Landes- und kommunaler Ebene, wobei es an klar definierten Aufgaben- und Funktionsbereichen mangelt, die einer heterogenen Schülerschaft Rechnung tragen. Der Einsatz digitaler Medien und Geräte für die Arbeit und Organisation der Schulsozialarbeit steht bisher noch am Anfang und bedarf einer umfassenden (Weiter-)Qualifizierung der Fachkräfte.
