Integration von jugendlichen Geflüchteten: Das Zusammenwirken von lebens- und arbeitsweltlichen Faktoren

Abstract

Auf den Punkt: Die bildungs- und arbeitsweltliche Integration von jungen Geflüchteten setzt das Mitdenken von Einflüssen weiterer Lebensbereiche voraus, da sie gesellschaftliche Teilhabe maßgeblich mitbeeinflussen. Während sich in den Bereichen Bildung und Arbeit in den letzten Jahren Unterstützungsstrukturen für junge Geflüchtete gebildet und weiterentwickelt haben, gibt es in Bezug auf lebensweltliche Herausforderungen weniger strukturelle Unterstützungsmöglichkeiten und wenig aktuelle Impulse, dass sich diese entwickeln. Junge Geflüchtete erleben teilweise erhebliche Einschränkungen durch fehlende Unterstützungsangebote und sind auf das Engagement von Mitarbeiter*innen in verschiedenen Institutionen oder Betrieben sowie der Zivilgesellschaft angewiesen, um Unterstützung in den unterschiedlichsten Lebensbereichen zu erhalten.
