Erfolgsabhängige Entgelte in der Metall- und Elektroindustrie

Abstract

Auf den Punkt: Die Verbreitung von Erfolgsentgelten nach Beschäftigten liegt in der Metall- und Elektroindustrie deutlich über dem gesamtwirtschaftlichen Durchschnitt. Zudem beteiligen die Unternehmen der Branche einen immer größer werdenden Teil ihrer Beschäftigten am Gewinn. Von der zunehmenden Verbreitung der Erfolgsbeteiligung sind jedoch nicht alle Beschäftigten gleichermaßen erfasst. Die Beteiligung am Erfolg und die Höhe der Gewinnbeteiligung variiert nach Betrieben und Beschäftigtengruppen und führt zu einer Ausdifferenzierung der Entgelte. Mit sinkender Unternehmensgröße und entlang der automobilen Wertschöpfungskette sinkt auch der Anteil der Beschäftigten, die eine Erfolgsbeteiligung erhalten. Zugleich divergieren der Anteil der Beschäftigten mit Erfolgsbeteiligung und die Höhe der Erfolgsbeteiligung nach beruflicher Stellung, Beschäftigungsform und Geschlecht.
