Arbeiten in der Bauwirtschaft - wer schafft es bis zum regulären Renteneintritt und wer nicht? Risikoindikatoren und alterskritische Berufe

Abstract

Auf den Punkt: Durch den demografischen Wandel werden Berufe mit begrenzter Tätigkeitsdauer, in denen die Beschäftigten kaum bis zum Renteneintritt arbeiten können, zunehmend problematisch. Dabei konnten Bauberufe mit multiplen Risiken für die Beschäftigungsfähigkeit ermittelt werden wie arbeitsbedingte Erkrankungen, mangelnde Weiterbildungsmöglichkeiten und alterskritische Arbeitsbedingungen: Insbesondere Zimmerer, Dachdecker, Gerüstbauer sowie Maurer und Betonbauer erwiesen sich als relativ alterskritische Berufe. Günstigere Einschätzungen für langfristige Arbeitsfähigkeit wurden für Tiefbauberufe wie Gleis- und Straßenbauer ermittelt. Ambivalent in der Bewertung blieb der Beruf des Baumaschinenführers als ,zweiter Beruf', der häufiger für interne Umsetzungen genutzt wird, um Ältere und leistungsgeminderte Mitarbeiter weiter im Betrieb zu beschäftigen.
