Studie 2015: Wohnungsmärkte in der Metropolregion Hamburg

Abstract

Die Studie untersucht die Auswirkungen des demografischen Wandels auf die Wohnungsmärkte in der Metropolregion Hamburg. Aufbauend auf einer Analyse wohnungsmarktrelevanter Trends und der regionalen Bevölkerungsvorausberechnung des BBSR (Raumordnungsprognose 2035) wird die Entwicklung in der Metropolregion bis zum Jahr 2030 mit Hilfe des HWWI-Wohnungsmarktmodells skizziert. Danach werden deutliche Unterschiede in der Entwicklung für die Teilräume der Metropolregion erwartet: Während sich Wohnraumnachfrage und Wohnungsangebot in Hamburg und den Umlandkreisen weiterhin dynamisch entwickeln werden, dürften sie in den Kreisen am Rand der Metropolregion allenfalls moderat zunehmen oder gar zurückgehen. Basierend auf den Modellergebnissen werden Anpassungsstrategien und Handlungsoptionen für die Teilräume diskutiert.
