Abstract

Die Corona-Pandemie stellt die Mitbestimmung vor große Herausforderung. Dabei stecken Betriebs- und Dienstvereinbarungen den Rahmen zum Schutz der Beschäftigten und Aufrechterhaltung des Betriebsablaufes ab. Langfristig müssen die Konsequenzen von schnellen Regelungen im Blick behalten werden. Dort wo bereits Vereinbarungen bestanden, konnten Maßnahmen schnell umgesetzt werden.
