Abstract

Wie verankern Betriebs- und Personalräte Mitbestimmung in Betriebsvereinbarungen? Frühzeitige Einbindung in Prozesse und projektbezogenes Arbeiten im Gremium sind Verfahrensweisen, die Betriebs- und Personalräte dazu nutzen. In unseren "Portraits" werden diese Praktiken sowie die Umsetzung abgeschlossener Betriebs- und Dienstvereinbarungen zur Digitalisierung beleuchtet. Demgegenüber steht bei den "Beispielen aus der Praxis" die Vereinbarung selbst im Fokus. Kommentare von Betriebs- und Personalräten bieten zusätzliche Orientierung. Die Folgen flexibilisierter Arbeit sind absehbar. Die neuen Systeme und digitalen Hilfsmittel erweisen sich als zunehmend komplex. Durch einen kontinuierlichen Mitbestimmungsprozess und regelmäßige Rückkopplung mit den Beschäftigten können Chancen identifiziert und entsprechende Maßnahmen etabliert werden.
