Geschlechterquote: Geschlechterquote für mehr Frauen in den Aufsichtsräten - vor allem Anteilseigner sind gefordert

Abstract

- Die Umschreibung des Geltungsbereichs im Referentenentwurf vom 9.9.2014 zur verbindlichen Geschlechterquote von 30 % im Aufsichtsrat erfasst lediglich 101 Unternehmen. - Es sind nur 101, weil fur die sieben paritätisch besetzten Aufsichtsrate der Europäischen Aktiengesellschaften (SE), die gleichzeitig börsennotiert sind, lediglich eine Soll-Regelung vorgeschlagen wird. - Fünf der 101 Unternehmen wurden heute schon die geplante Geschlechterquote von 30 % auf beiden Aufsichtsratsbänken erfullen (Stichtag 31.12.2013). - Auf Seiten der Kapitalvertreter mussen, folgt man dem Referentenentwurf, 142 Manner ihren Sitz fur eine Frau räumen. Auf Arbeitnehmervertreterseite dagegen sind 91 Aufsichtsratsmandate neu mit Frauen zu besetzen.
