"...wir halten die Uni am Laufen!": Perspektiven auf Arbeit und Beschäftigung in wissenschaftsunterstützenden Bereichen an Hochschulen

Abstract

Das Working Paper untersucht unterschiedliche Aspekte der Arbeits- und Beschäftigungssituation in den wissenschaftsunterstützenden Bereichen an Hochschulen. Die Auswertungen basieren auf den Daten des DGB-Hochschulreports und auf vertiefenden Interviews und Freitextantworten aus zwei weiteren Studien. Betrachtet werden unter anderem die Themenbereiche Arbeitszeit, Arbeitsorganisation, Einkommen und erlebte Wertschätzung. Hinzu kommen weitere Aspekte wie Interaktion und Führung, Personalentwicklung und die Digitalisierung administrativer Prozesse.
