Arbeitsmarkterträge eines Studiums für beruflich Qualifizierte: Hochschulabsolvent*innen mit und ohne vorakademische Ausbildung im Vergleich

Abstract

Inwiefern kann sich eine Berufsausbildung vor Studienbeginn für Hochschulabsolvent*innen "auszahlen"? Diese Frage steht im Mittelpunkt der vorliegenden Studie. Sie zeigt, dass Mehrfachqualifizierte durchaus höhere Arbeitsmarkterträge erzielen können als Hochschulabsolvent*innen ohne vorakademische Berufsausbildung, allerdings sind diese Vorteile auf eine frühe Phase nach dem Studium beschränkt. Mittel- und langfristig erzielen Hochschulabsolvent*innen mit und ohne berufliche Vorqualifikation ähnliche Arbeitsmarkterträge. Entscheidend für deren Höhe ist letztlich der Hochschulabschluss.
